House Of Mojo usually ships orders within 1 business day but please anticipate delays during the Christmas/New Year season.

We will deliver the goods you order to the address you specify in your order, subject to their availability.

We use a selection of couriers, as well as Australia Post, for deliveries Australia-wide. If shipping to a PO BOX address or requiring EXPRESS delivery, we use Australia Post.

All parcels are sent registered and normally must be signed for, unless permission is expressly given by the customer to leave it unattended, in which case the customer takes full responsibility for it. Anyone at the delivery address who receives the goods will be presumed by House Of Mojo Australia to be authorised to receive the goods. If there is no one at the delivery address, House Of Mojo Australia may charge for additional (re-)delivery fees if the goods are returned to House Of Mojo Australia. Once the goods are delivered, the Customer will own them and it is their responsibility if they are lost or damaged.

House Of Mojo Australia is unable to control delivery times. Once an item is dispatched, we are unable to change your order and the speed of delivery is beyond our control. Weather conditions can also affect the delivery of parcels.

As a current promotion, orders over $100 will qualify for FREE STANDARD delivery, Australia-wide. For orders over $100, the fee for EXPRESS delivery within Australia is reduced. Below is a matrix showing our delivery rates within Australia.

NOTE: we are also currently trialling an extra service using Sendle, with the aim to provide cheaper shipping, as well as using compostable satchel bags and carbon neutral shipping!
