These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made from House Of Mojo Australia. Each order is governed by the terms and conditions current when the order is placed. House Of Mojo Australia may add to, delete or otherwise change these terms and conditions without notice. It is your responsibility to read and understand these terms and conditions each time you place an order.

Product Description and Images
We have gone to great lengths to ensure accuracy in the descriptions and colour representation of our products. However, slight variations will occur between batches of products, and their appearance will also correspond to the settings on your monitor/device.

Stock Availability
We do our best to ensure stock availability is up to date and current. In some instances this isn't always possible.
If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you immediately and inform you of the expected delivery date.
Back ordered items are shipped as soon as available. Items that are out of stock and cannot be back ordered (or the customer chooses not to wait) will mean the payment that was authorised when the order was placed will be adjusted to reflect the reduction of products in the order, or alternatively the order can be cancelled.
Payment, Pricing and Promotions
We only accept payments using the methods displayed during Checkout. These include: Discount Codes, PayPal accounts and Credit/Debit cards.
All payments to House Of Mojo Australia are securely processed through either our Credit Card gateway or through PayPal. If you enter your credit card details on our Checkout page, the order will be placed on House Of Mojo Australia's website when you select 'Place my order'. If you select PayPal, you will be transferred to PayPal's secure web page at the point you click on 'Place my order' on our Checkout page, you then have a choice to pay via either your PayPal account or by manually entering your Visa / Mastercard / Amex / Discover card. After completing payment on PayPal's web page, you are given an Order Confirmation number and presented with a link to return to House Of Mojo Australia.
Your debit or credit card details are used for the sole purpose of processing your order and we do not capture or store any credit card information on our systems.
Credit Card payments are 'Authorised' at the time the order is placed, and the payment is only fully captured when the order is accepted by House Of Mojo Australia (subject to stock availability) and the order is invoiced.
All payments must be cleared before the goods are despatched.
All prices are subject to change without notice.
Ordering, Amendment, Cancellation, Shipping & Delivery
An order is not confirmed until the order is invoiced. Until that point, it can be amended or cancelled if the customer contacts House Of Mojo Australia promptly. An order cannot be cancelled after it has been invoiced.
In case of any problems with the order, House Of Mojo Australia will contact the customer via phone or email using the contact information provided when placing the Order.
We will deliver the goods you order to the address you specify in your order, subject to their availability.

Viewing Orders
Customers who have registered on the website can view their orders from the ORDER HISTORY section of their 'My Account' page.
Returns & Refunds
A strict ‘14 days from date of receipt of goods’ policy applies.
Please choose carefully, as we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you simply change your mind or select the wrong clothing size.
No Product Fault
In the event that the product is not damaged/faulty but the garment does not fit or you have simply changed your mind about the product, please contact us to discuss your options. We cannot guarantee to have the same item in other sizes in stock, and should it be the case that we do not have the other requested size in stock, in this instance we are happy to offer you a credit for the amount of the garment purchased, excluding postage, to be spent on any item in our shop/website.
If the item is to be returned, it must be returned to House Of Mojo Australia at your own expense in perfect, re-saleable condition, with all tags and original purchase receipt attached, with the original product packaging in perfect condition and clothing/accessories unworn, within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Please contact us to let us know if you will be returning any item. Once the item has been received and inspected by House Of Mojo Australia we will issue you with the previously agreed credit, exchange or refund. Please do not return any item without first speaking with House Of Mojo Australia and reaching an agreement regarding the item in question. We reserve the right to refuse acceptance of any item returned without our prior agreement, via any courier.
Faulty Products
Should a product prove to be faulty or not do what it is supposed to, we will offer you a choice of exchange, credit or refund. The customer must notify House Of Mojo Australia within 14 days of receipt of the item. Please do not return any item without first speaking with House Of Mojo Australia and reaching an agreement regarding the item in question. We reserve the right to refuse acceptance of any item returned without our agreement, via any courier.
Every item/garment is carefully inspected before it is packed for despatch. In every instance, proof of damaged/faulty stock will be required – possibly in the form of photographs or returned stock. Please do not dispose of any damaged items until instructed to do so by House Of Mojo Australia. Where the customer is unable to provide proof of damaged items House Of Mojo Australia may be unable to assist the customer with either exchange, credit or a refund.
Returning Goods To Us
In the event that either you choose to or are required to return the merchandise to us, please follow the instructions below:
- Please ship the agreed item(s) with original purchase receipts and in original packaging to: House Of Mojo Australia, U1/31 Moresby Street, Trinity Beach, Cairns, QLD 4879 (**For your protection, we recommend that you send your return via registered post. Products that are not delivered to us remain the responsibility of the customer**)
- Please ensure you include: Your Name + Your Contact details + The reason for the return + The agreed decision (i.e. exchange, credit or refund) + The name of the Salesperson you spoke to.
***Please Note: We do not issue refunds/exchanges/credits for returned merchandise, if it is sent back to us after 15 days, or has been used, or is not in its original new condition.***
Updating Account Information
Customers can view and modify their personal information from the 'My Account' section of the website.
You agree to take responsibility for the safekeeping of your username and password. You are liable if your username or password is used by an unauthorised person.
House Of Mojo Australia many suspend or cancel your account at any time without prior notice.

Gift Cards
House Of Mojo Australia Gift Cards are valid for 3 years from date or purchase.
House Of Mojo's Gift Cards are redeemable online.
Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions on how they can be redeemed.
Our gift cards have no additional processing fees.
Gift Wrapping
House Of Mojo Australia are pleased to offer a complimentary gift wrapping service on most products that are sold on this website. It is the customer's responsibility to tick the 'Complimentary Gift Wrapping' checkbox during Checkout and to provide details of which products they require gift wrapping. For information on how to do this, please refer to our Gift Wrapping page. Failure to follow this process will mean the item(s) will be shipped without being gift wrapped.
